Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Relations Executive will be a key member of our team, delivering exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a person with a skill set based on seeking solutions and must have a proven background in dealing with customers on a daily basis.
The primary responsibility of the Customer Relations Executive will be to ensure our customers have a true Customer First experience, delivering the highest standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications – telephone, postal, web, and email.
- To ensure customer queries are recorded on our CRM system, according to our internal processes, to ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- To take ownership of customer queries/concerns/issues and resolve them in an efficient manner.
- Ensure an effective communication flow between internal departments, the customer, and the Dealer Network.
- Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide reporting on a monthly basis and as requested.
- Provide general administrative support to other team members.
- Any other reasonable task requested by a senior Manager or Director.
