Electrical Construction Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Construction Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role in the delivery of electrical construction projects.

Job Summary:
The Electrical Construction Lead will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on site. This will involve working closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage electrical construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure compliance with budget.
  • Ensure all works meet the project scope, with any changes approved by the project manager.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in electrical construction, preferably in a main contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
