Fitness Operations Manager

As a seasoned Fitness Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art gym. Your role will involve delivering an exceptional experience to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the gym’s daily activities, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with members, fostering a culture of teamwork within the leisure club.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
- Support business growth by adapting product offerings in response to changing demands.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and experience in managing fitness facilities.
Requirements:- 2 years’ experience in supervising a gym, holding a nationally recognized Fitness Instructors qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in revenue generation, cost control, and target achievement.
- Hands-on experience with plant maintenance and repair is essential.
