  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects, ideally in retail or commercial spaces.","
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.","
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.","
  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth site operations.","
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.","
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.","
