We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, business development, and building relationships with clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving results, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales or business development. They will have a strong understanding of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Making phone calls and sending emails at a rate necessary to meet or exceed Discovery Call creation goals
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team, specifically targeting Salesforce Services around Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Working independently to contact cold and pre-qualified prospects within assigned vertical or geographic markets
- Capturing all communications in Salesforce and following best practices defined as part of our sales funnel and process
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Following up on inbound leads and inquiries
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments
