Machine Learning Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to spearhead our Machine Learning team.

This role combines technical expertise with people management, ideal for someone who wants to drive innovation while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your experience in leading teams of Machine Learning engineers and researchers.

About you: You have a strong software engineering background with direct experience in machine learning applications.

A proven track record of leading teams that balance delivery with career growth and mentorship is essential.

You should be proficient in modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud platforms.

Able to work across the full lifecycle: from research prototypes to production-scale systems.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are required.
