Job Title: Exterior Solutions Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Solutions Coordinator to manage all exterior-related activities throughout project stages. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution and regulatory compliance from early design coordination to installation, testing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate exterior design and manage technical submissions
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations
  • Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives
  • Promote best practices for exterior installation and integration
  • Utilize digital tools to track progress and manage changes
  • Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering exterior works on large-scale residential projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of exterior systems and detailing
  • Familiarity with building processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills
  • Familiar with digital construction platforms
  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
