Administrative Officer for General Manager

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to provide exceptional support to our General Manager.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position with immediate start and an opportunity to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be based in Kilkenny and will be responsible for providing administrative support to key members of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for the General Manager and provide professional communication services to clients and colleagues.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including diary management, minute taking at board meetings, and creation of meeting agendas.
- Manage correspondence, prepare presentation slides using PowerPoint, and assist with coordination and management of special projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant in a similar environment.
- Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changes in the working environment while working under tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling confidential information with high levels of integrity and discretion.
