Job Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a front of house ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our guests and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Treat every guest with individuality, making them feel welcome and valued during their stay.
  • Deal with check-ins, check-outs, and any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of occupancy.
  • Maintain accurate data records and provide regular reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering recommendations and resolving queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
Essential Qualifications
  • A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with front desk operating systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera.
  • A commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
