Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our Front of House Team at our restaurant in Howth. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About You
  • You will have a genuine interest in delivering great customer service and a friendly, outgoing nature.
  • Previous front of house experience is essential, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • You should be well-presented, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, with a strong desire for career progression.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Managing labour costs and staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Training and motivating employees to achieve their full potential.
