About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Specialist to join our Talent Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing talent strategies and initiatives, working closely with the Talent Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent programs that drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows
  • Manage and maintain talent platforms, ensuring seamless user experience
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth change management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management, preferably in a global enterprise setting
  • Strong knowledge of talent systems and data analysis
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Location and Work Arrangement

This role can be based in Dublin, London, or Krakow office locations and will be a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
