Person In Charge - Team Lead

This is a leading opportunity to shape a high-quality, person-centred service for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As the Person In Charge of our new residential service in Galway City, you will contribute to a professional, supportive environment from the start.

About The Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to deliver excellent care and achieve best outcomes for service users.
  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Manage reports, personal support plans, rosters, and teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
  • Level 7 or higher qualification (QQI framework) in nursing, social care, or health science.
  • NMBI registration and relevant management qualification.
  • Proven track record managing a residential service that meets quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Full current driver's license.
