Are you a dynamic and visionary leader seeking a challenging opportunity to manage residential services for children, adults, and older persons?
This permanent role is based in Galway city with an on-call requirement. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a third-level degree qualification in Health & Social Care and postgraduate management experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in management or supervisory roles within the health or social care sectors. Strong leadership skills, operational competency, and excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and logistical abilities are essential for this position.
A full driving license is required, and mental health and acquired brain injury training/experience would be an advantage. In-depth knowledge of HIQA regulations is also necessary.
