Residential Services Manager and Disability Advocate

We are an independent voluntary organisation that provides services and support to people with disabilities and their families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of operational delivery for our Residential services. You will also serve as the nominated Person in Charge, ensuring the provision of high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services that meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that the services delivered meet the identified needs and wishes of the people we support, promoting active participation and engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, optimising shared learning opportunities and embedding best practice at the earliest opportunity.
- Lead and direct operational staff to foster a strong cross-functional team working ethos, based on robust people management principles.
- Ensure quality and safety are paramount in service provision, adhering to internal and external quality and registration standards.
- Identify, analyse, and manage operational risks, implementing mitigating interventions as necessary.
