Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Chartered civil / infrastructure Lead Engineer to join our Transport and Mobility Solutions Division in Ireland. Located in Dublin, this position combines managerial responsibilities with technical expertise to promote collaboration and drive teams to achieve exceptional results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the team's profile by leveraging existing client relationships and business development skills to develop and expand a portfolio of work for the division.
This is an exciting opportunity to balance leadership in the design and delivery of complex projects with engaging with a range of clients to expand our client base and help shape the future of our division.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects
- Demonstrating leadership and promoting a Safety First culture
- Managing the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure projects
- Leading a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, programme and budget
- Controlling project resources and monitoring against budget
- Overseeing project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, local authorities, and industry partners
- Monitoring market trends and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline, or extensive equivalent experience
- Chartered (or Incorporated) Engineer
- Experience in detailed design for construction delivery
- Demonstrable record of successfully managing project teams and of planning and controlling project programmes, budgets and resources
- Demonstrate a strong track record in business development with the ability to identify and exploit growth opportunities
- Experience and/or familiarity of working with Irish clients
- Understanding of design standards including: Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) Standards, Design Manual for Urban Roads and Streets (DMURS), National Cycle Manual, Traffic Management Guidelines and Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) Standards
- Representing the organization at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
