The transformation of our power system is underway, and we're seeking skilled professionals to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects that will shape the future of energy production.

About the Role

We're responsible for managing new station and circuit projects as well as upgrading and refurbishing existing ones. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across various phases, from conceptualization to handover.

  • Deliver medium to large infrastructure projects within approved schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and optimize project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An engineering degree or technical equivalent with a minimum of 4 years' experience in project management.
  • Strong technical expertise in power systems and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
