**Job Title:** Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the project management team in administering infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing project payments, timelines, and compensation events
  • Oversee risk management through early warning systems
  • Issue instructions, notifications, and other project communications required under the contract

You will ensure that you act in a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation at all times.

Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator, you will assist the project manager and technical services lead in establishing and leading the project operations sub-functional area at a site level.

  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the management of a high-performance integrated sub-functional area team
  • Develop and undertake detailed financial and resource planning for the project
  • Oversight of day-to-day activities of client partner staff within the site level project operations sub-functional area

You will act as a point of contact between the site level and core level and any other relevant stakeholders.

A focus on continuous improvement and best practice throughout the delivery of the project is expected.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about project management and has experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects.

  • 7+ years' project management experience with at least 5 years' experience carrying out project management activities across the project lifecycle through to completion in high-value road and/or infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in areas such as engineering solutions, collaborative culture, and procurement and operation of contracts

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications such as NEC ECC Accredited Project Manager and Safepass accreditation are desirable.
