We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as a senior civil engineer on ongoing projects, ensuring seamless coordination and supervision of in-house teams. You will also be responsible for preparing planning applications, tender packages, and construction reports, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and design teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong people management skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities for the company are also essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng, MIEI / MICE or equivalent)
- At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy setting, working on a range of civil and structural projects
- Experience dealing with Irish Water applications
- A proven track record in master-planning and delivering roads and services infrastructure projects
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Full driving licence
