Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics, traffic management, and construction planning.

The role involves leading a team of professionals to deliver complex infrastructure solutions. This includes determining optimum solutions by working with colleagues, consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Reviewing deliverables by others to ensure proposals are safe, buildable, cognisant of third-party assets and interfaces, and efficient

Safety First:

  • Promoting a culture of safety, exhibiting visible safety behaviours
  • Possessing technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to the project portfolio
  • Understanding the importance of wellbeing of the people in your team

Client Focus:

  • Ensuring robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed in line with service excellence
  • Managing tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders

Innovation:

  • Leading and managing project teams and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Actively networking, innovating, and seeking understanding of best practice

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a degree in a related discipline.

Requirements:

  1. A strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
  2. Experience in managing technical outputs
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
