Fund Finance Associate

  • Servicing the Investment Platform: The Fund Finance Associate will work closely with the Private Debt teams to provide financial and operational support, ensuring business objectives are met.">
  • Fund Accounting Oversight: Reviewing fund administrator accounting for Private Debt Funds to ensure high-quality financial deliverables and accurate financial statements.">
  • Operational Support: Providing setup support for new structures or funds, collaborating with internal teams, external advisors, and Private Debt teams.">

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Partner with the Private Debt teams to provide financial and operational support.">
  3. Develop good working relationships between the team and its clients and suppliers.">
  4. Support the set-up of new structures or funds.">
  5. Review and approve fund expenses.">
  6. Assist in delivering funds' reporting and regulatory reporting.">
  7. Oversight of third-party providers.">
  8. External audits for Private Debt funds.">
  9. Capital events such as calls, distributions, and equalizations.">
  10. Ensure control and risk frameworks are adhered to.">
  11. Complete other ad-hoc projects and tasks.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Recognized accounting qualification with strong accounting skills.">
  • Broad knowledge of private markets, preferably funds of funds or Private Debt.">
  • Customer-focused with a background in fund accounting/operations.">
  • Experience in designing and understanding internal controls frameworks.">
  • Ability to lay out processes and procedures clearly.">
  • Prioritization and workload management.">
  • Process change and improvement experience.">
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.">
  • Able to act proactively with integrity.">
  • Strong communication skills.">
  • Problem-solving ability.">
