Fund Accounting Specialist

The Fund Accounting Manager will be a key member of our team in a high-growth area.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing the accounting books and records of the Funds, including the calculation of the Net Asset Value, preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure that the review of the Fund's NAV is accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the review of expenses schedules, income calculations, capital activity calculations and fund fee calculations.
- Ensure the established controls are maintained and followed during the Nav production cycle.
This role will involve:
- Maintaining and reviewing the accounting books and records of the Funds.
- Calculating the Net Asset Value and preparing financial statements and regulatory reports.
- Forging strong internal relationships within the team and with clients.
We are looking for someone with:
- 4 years + experience in Fund operations with experience in Alternative Funds.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships across the board.
- ACCA qualified preferable but not essential.
- Effective and confident communication, both written and oral.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Organisational and administrative skills.
- Energy, accountability and drive.
- Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.
