Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in professional cookery and be able to assist the head and sous chefs during service.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for food preparation, cooking food to order and helping with the training of junior level chefs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the head and sous chefs during service
  • Food preparation before service
  • Cooking food to order
  • Helping with the training of new junior level chefs
