Marketing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pensions marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive growth in the retail pensions market.
  • Design and deliver high-quality marketing collateral, including web content, customer brochures, and sales presentations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of ideas and messaging.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities to utilize bespoke marketing support for financial advisors.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams, product teams, and customer services to ensure a cohesive company-wide understanding of products.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or professional marketing qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role or in an area directly related to the advisor market.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent pensions marketing skills, including evidence of relevant qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of the wider pensions industry and its importance.
  • Proven ability to spot market trends and generate insightful content.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including content generation and sales presentation skills.
  • High level of relationship management, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
