Assistant Financial Advisor | Investments & Pensions | Dublin (Hybrid) | Permanent

A fast-growing, award-winning financial services firm in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Financial Advisor to join its expanding team. This is a newly created role driven by continued business growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced Financial Advisors, with clear development pathways to progress into an advisory role.

Responsibilities

Client Support (Approx. 80%)

  • Manage new investment and pension applications from offer through to account opening
  • Administer group pension and employee benefits schemes
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and financial advice for both corporate and individual clients
  • Progress toward providing regulated financial advice on pensions and investments
  • Handle inbound client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Demonstrate awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements

Business Development & Operational Support (Approx. 20%)

  • Identify and act on opportunities within the existing client base
  • Assist with compliance and administrative duties across the business
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic business projects
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in promotional events
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in investments and pensions
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate client/team needs
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
