Nurse Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example to ensure that all patient care meets the highest professional standards through evidence-based practice.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to promote the development of a skilled and dedicated nursing team.
- Maintain quality assurance within designated areas, overseeing and implementing effective strategies for clinical practice excellence and efficient resource allocation.
- Optimize staffing levels, foster staff growth, and promote practice development initiatives to enhance nursing team skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate, assess, plan, implement, and review patient care according to stringent standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, policies, and best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting, with at least two years within the specialty or related area. A peri-operative qualification, postgraduate course, or relevant education is desirable. Experience with electronic health records and preceptorship are also highly valued.
