This is a role with real impact, requiring you to constantly ask what are the most important infrastructure problems we need to solve today to increase our applications' and infrastructures' reliability and performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to identify common and systematic issues in our database technology infrastructure.
  • Partner with the SRE/DevOps team to discuss and refine your ideas and prepare proof of concepts.
  • Work with engineering teams to design optimized schemas to ensure data consistency and reliability.
  • Bring automation and stability to our database platforms.
  • Manage and execute complex data platform projects.
  • Implement highly available and scalable database instances across multiple data centers.

This role requires significant hands-on SRE/DevOps experience in an Agile environment, substantial experience using AWS in a production environment, and managing cloud infrastructure as code.
