We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator looking to transition into Human Resources or an existing HR professional seeking a new challenge.
You will work alongside the HR Manager, HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, and Health Safety professional to provide HR Administrative support to over 500 employees.
Your duties will include assisting with the recruitment administration process, liaising with payroll department, supporting performance review meetings, completing documentation regarding Employee Relations, managing employee onboarding, and supporting HR initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Administration or HR Administration experience, proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A CIPD Qualification or HR Degree is desirable but not essential. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the full 360 recruitment administration process
- Liaise with payroll department to conduct payroll administration
- Support performance review meetings
- Complete documentation regarding Employee Relations
- Manage employee onboarding
- Support HR initiatives and projects
- Minimum of 2 years Administration or HR Administration experience
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Desirable CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment beneficial
- 26 days annual leave plus 10 bank holidays
- Pension of 8%
