Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and reach their full potential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence, autonomy, and dignity.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the organisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications:
  • Hold a minimum of Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or an equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
  • Be CORU registered or provide proof that the application is in progress.
