We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in driving performance and delivering business results through effective people management practices.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business unit leadership and management to align people management with business goals and company strategy. You will act as a strategic liaison between HR and the business side of the organization, helping to drive value and deliver results through effective people and performance practices.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our wider HR function and collaborate with various CoE's including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Policy & Governance, Global Mobility, Reward, HRIS, Payroll and Tax. Reporting to a Strategic Business Partner, this role will be based in our Head Office in Sandyford, Dublin.
As an HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and initiatives, including data-driven decision making, change management, and employee relations management. Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain effective relationships between HR and designated business units.
- Develop close working relationships with business unit managing directors and their management teams.
- Contribute to strategic, operational, and human resource decision-making within business units.
- Implement new processes and adapt to changing requirements.
- Communicate key messages to employees by championing HR.
Requirements
- A 3rd level qualification in HRM / HRD or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role with previous experience working in a Senior HR Generalist position.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work confidentially and discreetly.
- Ability to work with sensitive information at a senior level.
