Senior Device Engineering Project Lead

This is a high-level project management position responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of technical projects in device engineering.
- Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet expectations.
- The ideal candidate will develop methods and procedures for project scope, schedule, quality, and cost management.
- Risk assessments and mitigation plans must be conducted to ensure project success.
- Compliance with medical device regulations, including FDA standards and ISO13485, is essential.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in new product development or medical device engineering is required.
- Candidates should possess a proven track record in project management, with certifications like PMP or Process Excellence (Green Belt or Black Belt).
- Experience in complex software-controlled electromechanical medical devices, sterile disposable devices, and outsourced manufacturing is highly desirable.
