Senior Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead to oversee projects from early-stage prototype through to high-volume mass manufacture.

This role will involve coordinating across cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of innovative connected devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to production.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, regular communication.
  • Oversee manufacturing readiness and transition to mass production.
  • Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Proven track record in delivering certified wireless products into mass production.
  • Experience with PLM tools, and Jira/Confluence.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
