Job Summary:

The Grid Connections Team seeks a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of projects, ensuring efficient works and services. Management of interactions with key stakeholders is crucial for success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert electrical engineering services within the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Lead engineering processes to derive optimal grid connection solutions.
  • Oversee technical analysis of power flows, network capacity, electrical constraints, and curtailment.
  • Evaluate project compliance with Grid Code requirements by actively monitoring updates.
  • Manage technical projects through various lifecycle phases.
  • Ensure timely and effective information exchange among stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Full driving licence.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience working on grid connections at transmission level within Ireland.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design, planning, and specification of transmission-scale electrical installations.
