Job Role

The Facilities Technician plays a vital role within the organization, responsible for performing daily equipment and property maintenance tasks in restaurants. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular equipment checks and repairs
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM)
  • Provide ongoing training on equipment operation and PM procedures at the restaurant level
  • Work environment requires flexibility with on-call rotations, possible overtime, and working in extreme weather conditions
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required
  • EPA Certification Type I and II, mandatory
  • 1-3 years of experience in related general maintenance/repair work or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders up to 30ft, and work in extreme climates. Work involves kneeling, bending, twisting, and handling tools
