Sterile Operations Quality Manager

Lead a high-performing Site Quality and Regulatory team in delivering exceptional quality standards and compliance across sterile operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive flawless quality and compliance through leadership and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain, improve and implement site quality systems and processes for efficient operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain and grow top talent for succession planning.
- Cultivate a collaborative culture prioritizing quality and compliance among teams.
- Nurture proactive relationships with regulatory authorities and clients to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensure independent authority for quality decisions and drive change within the organization.
- Embody values of integrity, customer focus and innovation while driving business growth.
- Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience including sterile drug products and aseptic operations.
- At least 5 years of Qualified Person experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of quality structures, regulatory frameworks and global regulations.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing teams with strong leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and quality decision-making abilities.
