About the Role

We are seeking an Urgent Service Delivery Specialist Lead to join our team at CPL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in service delivery and possess strong logical reasoning skills. Key responsibilities include oversight of IT controls, experience in regulated industries, time management, communication skills, attention to detail, and contract management.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the review and analysis of reports and dashboards from suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  2. Attend service reviews and operational calls as a key stakeholder.
  3. Presentation of reporting to stakeholders as per agreed timelines.
  4. Establish and report on Continuous Service Improvement plans in collaboration with Vendor Service Delivery Managers.
  5. Collaborate with suppliers and third parties on 3rd party process development.
  6. Provide feedback on documentation according to ITIL best practices.
  7. Support the IT Controller in ensuring timely completion of IT controls and availability for compliance auditing.
  8. Oversight of supplier remediation following audit findings and support for IT controllers on closure.
  9. Assist the Service Delivery Manager in incident and change management.
  10. Manage the Third Party Risk Management engagement with FCRM suppliers for Product and Technology Function.
  11. Support the DORA project, including review and update of documentation, participation in project meetings, and collaboration across business functions for process and remediation activities.
