Job Opportunity: Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of a Healthcare Support Professional. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in providing high-quality holistic care to residents within a supportive and diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Maintain resident dignity by ensuring their personal hygiene needs are met while promoting independence.
  • Assist with mobilization and transfer of residents as directed by nursing staff, taking into account their mobility requirements.
  • Participate in activities designed to engage residents and promote social interaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in healthcare or a related field, with a strong understanding of caring principles.
  • Practical experience in a caring capacity is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • An empathetic nature, with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • A good level of English language proficiency, ensuring clear communication with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires flexibility, with varied shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends across Monday to Sunday.
