About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Healthcare Support Professional, supporting customers to live happily and safely at home. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Help customers with mobility and exercise, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and care plans.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • QQI Level 5 Health Care Award or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic patient care skills, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Ability to assist with mobility and exercise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
  • Compassion and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
