We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a senior engineering consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To source and attract top talent in the engineering and biopharma sectors, leveraging industry connections and networking opportunities
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines while ensuring quality deliverables
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engineering/technical recruitment, specifically in the biopharma sector, with a strong track record of successful placements
  • Excellent client management and business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Academic qualifications (ideally a degree) in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline
  • An excellent communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Organised, efficient, and target-driven, with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written communications skills and ability to market business using social media platforms
