Job Description

As a Senior Officer, you will utilize your acquired experience and excellent organizational skills to meet client requirements.

  • Provide oversight of deal agreements and KYC documents for new investments/borrowers;
  • Escalate any missing KYC information with the client and their vendors/legal representatives;
  • Perform quality reviews on projects and sign off;
  • Maintain KYC information in the clients/UBOs database and in the electronic document management system;
  • Oversight of ongoing monitoring tasks related to these investments/transactions and their related parties;
  • Work effectively with key stakeholders using strong influencing skills to ensure mutual satisfactory resolution of key issues;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in business, finance, or economics;
  • Between 3 and 5 years' experience in the Financial Services or Fund Services industry;
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CTF legislation/directives;
  • High interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to interpret risk ratings and use own investigatory initiative;
  • Knowledge of screening tools such as WorldCheck/Dow Jones/Finscan beneficial;
