Russian Content Review Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Online Content Moderator.
The primary responsibility will be to review and moderate flagged content to ensure alignment with community standards.
Additionally, the selected candidate will investigate and resolve user issues with empathy and accuracy, monitor abuse reports and enforce platform policies, analyze data to improve user experience and identify workflow inefficiencies, and spot trends and escalate critical issues to relevant teams.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Native Russian speaker with deep knowledge of the Russian market
- Fluent in English (B2 minimum)
- Authorized to work in Ireland (no relocation or visa sponsorship available)
- Resilient, empathetic, and detail oriented
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in Dublin (no hybrid or remote options)
