About the Job

Keywords is an international technical services provider to the global games industry.

We provide integrated services for localisation, testing, audio, art creation and customer support in over 40 languages and 12 game platforms to the world's largest games publishers and developers.

The position will be based at our HQ in South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team focusing on community and in game content for a leading social games publisher.

The role is to translate and trans create from English into Russian player support, community and in game content for mobile games.

This includes:

  • Translate/trans create in game, player support and community content from English to Russian to a high-quality standard
  • Perform Quality Assurance tasks in a variety of published content (games, websites, etc.)
  • Be responsible for all linguistic aspects of the translations you are assigned to ensure the best possible quality is achieved

We're looking for someone with excellent language skills, creativity and a passion for games.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A native level Russian speaker
  • PASSION FOR THE GAMES INDUSTRY
  • Educational qualification in linguistics
  • Experience in translation, copywriting or linguistics
  • Excellent verbal and written linguistic skills both in Russian and English
  • Good PC knowledge, including knowledge of MS office products
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
