Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled linguist to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging content for mobile games. The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, creativity, and a passion for games.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating and transcreating player support, community, and in-game content from English into Russian to a high-quality standard.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading social games publisher and be part of a team focusing on community and in-game content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate/transcreate in-game, player support, and community content from English to Russian to a high-quality standard
  • Perform Quality Assurance tasks in various published content (games, websites, etc.)
  • Ensure all linguistic aspects of translations are accurate and of high quality
  • Suggest process improvements to achieve optimal translation quality
Requirements:
  • Native level Russian speaker
  • Possession of a degree in linguistics or a related field
  • Experience in translation, copywriting, or linguistics
  • Excellent verbal and written linguistic skills in both Russian and English
  • Familiarity with CAT tool software is an advantage
