As a Game Producer on the League of Legends Seasons Around Game and Experiences team, you will help Riot deliver satisfying premium content to our players.
You will keep the players' experience in mind as you track progress, deliver content/features, and organize priorities and goals.
You will also work with artists, designers, and engineers to provide genre-defining experiences to our players.
You will report to the Manager, Game Production for League Dublin teams.
Please note this is a 6 month maternity cover contract and will be based onsite in our Dublin office.
ResponsibilitiesWork together with a diverse team(s) composed of people across tech and design to deliver satisfying experiences for League of Legends playersManage backlog, resource allocation, risks and mitigation, to give us the best project outcomeHelp us ensure the quality of execution, so that we deliver resonant and delightful experiences for playersSet expectations through interpreting and communicating stages to invested audiencesFacilitate efficient and healthy teams; and resolve any obstacles to successHighlight opportunities for work processes that support the teamBalance team efficiency, team health, deadlines and qualityRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience of relevant industry experienceExperience managing game, application, or content Agile production teamsExperience improving work systems for teamsExperience delivering complex projects involving multiple teamsDesired QualificationsExperience with a live game serviceExperience working with distributed developmentExperience working with game content pipelinesExperience working on game commerceFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
