Job Title: Portfolio Accounting Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and record-keeping for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality support to portfolio management teams by maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Analyze and reconcile complex financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in fund accounting and administration, with at least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
