We are seeking a motivated Site Administrator to join our team in Frankfurt working on a hyperscale data centre project.
">Job Description
">The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the site management team, maintaining documentation, coordinating between various departments, and ensuring the efficient flow of information.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage labour resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labour and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labour hours.
- Involvement in project handover to client, support closeout of project items in conjunction with the project manager.
- Ensure regular communication with subcontractors, addressing performance issues and maintaining working relationships.
- Ensure works are completed as per project scope, with any additional works or changes requested approved by the Project Manager.
- Maintain performance management of supervision and other personnel under your remit, report incidents and take action as appropriate.
- Management of subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule.
- Ensure materials are checked and match the project specification prior to installation on site.
- Implementation of the project quality plan, with all snag lists closed out in a timely fashion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">Ideal candidate should have experience in the Construction industry in a similar role.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to multitask and take initiative is essential.
Strong administrative experience is a distinct advantage.
