We are seeking a detail-focused professional to assist with invoice administration on a temporary basis. This administrative role involves reviewing, checking, and verifying invoices before passing them to the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review a high volume of invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify supplier information, amounts, purchase order numbers, and dates
  • Identify and resolve errors or discrepancies through diligent checks and due diligence
  • Liaise with suppliers to clarify or correct invoice queries
  • Closing off verified invoices and passing them to the accounts team
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of all reviewed invoices
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a high-volume administrative role, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
