Job Title: Airport Invoice Authoriser

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as an Airport Invoice Authoriser.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside finance professionals and gain valuable experience in contract management, invoice authorisation, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Airport contracts within the contract maintenance system
  • Authorisation of Airport invoices with responsibility over a portfolio of airports
  • Invoice authorisation to meet weekly/monthly payment cycle
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Review and analysis of Airport costs for use in budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers
  • Ad-hoc duties & projects
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
