Travel Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Digital team as a Travel Support Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational, written, verbal and ICT skills who is passionate about travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and update content management systems.
- Support consultants on internal systems and clients on external systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform first-line support activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise problems whilst formulating plans of resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Management team as necessary.
- Work closely with the Manager & development teams to implement UAT releases and bug fixes.
- Support the Management & other team members on projects as required including online research and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- The role is a full-time position.
- Training and practical experience will be provided.
