Job Title: Senior Financial Control Specialist

The role of a Senior Financial Control Specialist will involve developing and implementing advanced financial controls to meet business objectives. This will include enhancing the financial control environment, focusing on our Oracle Fusion application.

Main responsibilities will include reviewing and resolving segregation of duty violations, investigating and remediating transactional control breaches, and maintaining a role-based matrix for other finance applications.

Key responsibilities will also include working with the Quality Assurance team on JIRA to manage maintenance, defects, and change requests within Oracle Fusion. Additionally, assisting with ad hoc finance projects across various functions will be required.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Accountant, with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. They must possess knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS application, JIRA, Confluence, and demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and initiative.
