About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities: As a Claims Professional, you will be responsible for handling salary protection, specified illness and death claims in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide information to customers regarding the eligibility of their claim, advise and update them on the process, progress, cover, benefits, and premiums related to their claim. You will also ensure that information provided to customers and third parties is correct, clear, complete, and up-to-date by consulting relevant data sources.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry. Ideally, you will be working towards a QFA qualification - Life, Regulations and Pensions desirable. You should have a track record of achieving/surpassing quotas/targets and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
